Our grand founders, Dr. Frank Kelvin and Jimmy McCracken were born sometime in 1967, both are in their senior year of high school together in Columbus, Ohio, where they began to devise a new plan. One that would revolutionize the Restaurant Industry. An animatronic-themed restaurant where guests could interact with them on a more personal level. They could ask questions to the animatronic and it would respond in the way one might expect a human to. They named their company "Murphy Entertainment Solutions" since it would solve problems with Restaurant Entertainment. Unfortunately, neither of them could find someone willing to support the idea, since Chuck E. Cheese and Showbiz Pizza had been doing just fine with the animatronic business, so they moved on to bigger and better things.
The two restructured everything and finally got the green light to open Murphy Enterprise Incorporated, the two hired some friends to work, and soon, the business started exploding. In 1997, thought, Jimmy McCracken stepped down from CEO and hired James Aardvark to the spot, in hopes that he would save the company from controversy. He did for a while, even with a Toy Department controversy, but it ended up sidetracking when people began to find out that he wasn't necessarily a great leader, especially with the upcoming Storage Facility Tour.
In 1998, James Aardvark housed the first Murphy Enterprise Incorporated Storage Facility Tour on the 7th anniversary of the company's opening, since they built the Storage Facility in 1993 and finished it in 1995. James' fault came when he allowed for a No Refund on any ticket for the MEI SFT, which caused many people to be angry. Some saw it as a cash grab. His next attempted at the Storage Facility Tour would've come in 2001, had he not died in 1999. How he died is still unknown.
For the next 16 years, Jimmy McCracken returned to power, and tried to stabilize the company, but only caused a rapid decline. In 2016, when the company was at its lowest, Monika, Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki, from the DDLC Mod World, seeking revenge, bought out the assets and actually restructured the company, planning to forget about the history between 1991-2017. However, they never truly did it.
Today, Monika still runs the company. The last Department added to the Murphy Enterprise Incorporated was the Documentary Department in 2016.
When A. Sheuay bought the MEI in 2016, it became clear that he was the new CEO, but he wanted to remain in secret, while destroying the entire company for other motives. Feeling in control was important to him.
